Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 5, 2026

Veloce Cloud Solutions respects the privacy of every client, prospect, and site visitor. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is protected, and the rights you can exercise over it at any time.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information required to quote, deliver, and support engineering work:

  • Contact details you submit through our contact form: full name, company email, phone number, project type, and project scope description.
  • Project data you share with us during delivery, such as repository access, API credentials, design assets, and technical requirements.
  • Billing information processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never receive or store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Basic technical logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used solely for security monitoring and site reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to project inquiries and prepare fixed-scope quotes.
  • To deliver contracted services, including deployment, integration, and support.
  • To process one-time payments and issue receipts and invoices.
  • To send transactional communications about milestones, delivery, and warranty periods.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations under United States and New York State law.

3. Zero Sale of Customer Information

Veloce Cloud Solutions does not sell, rent, license, or trade customer information to any third party, for any purpose, under any circumstance. We do not operate advertising networks and we do not share client data with data brokers. Information is disclosed only to subprocessors strictly necessary for delivery (such as cloud hosting and payment processing) or when compelled by valid legal process.

4. Data Security & Encryption

  • All traffic to and from our website and client portal is protected with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
  • Credentials and secrets are stored in encrypted secret managers with least-privilege access controls.
  • Access to client environments is limited to the named engineers assigned to the project and revoked at project close.
  • Deployment pipelines are audited, and every production release has a documented rollback path.

5. Data Retention

Project files and correspondence are retained for twenty-four (24) months after final delivery so we can honor warranty claims and support requests. Financial records are retained for seven (7) years as required by US tax regulations. All other personal data is deleted once its purpose has been fulfilled.

6. Your Rights Under CCPA

California residents may, at no cost and without discrimination:

  • Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold.
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention duties.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — noting that we never sell or share it.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you hold the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Our lawful bases for processing are contract performance, legitimate interest in operating our business, and consent where required. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Data Removal Procedure

To request removal of your data, email contact@velocecloudsolutions.online with the subject line "Data Removal Request" and the email address or company name associated with your records. We verify identity within five (5) business days and complete verified deletions within thirty (30) days, confirming in writing once the deletion is finished.

9. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for security and session integrity. We do not deploy third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may block cookies in your browser without losing access to any page on this site.
