Delivery / Fulfillment Policy

All products and services sold by Veloce Cloud Solutions are digital. Fulfillment occurs entirely electronically, and no physical goods are manufactured, packaged, or shipped at any stage of an engagement.

• Source code repositories containing the production-ready application codebase.
• Project assets, including design files, component kits, and exported developer handoff materials.
• Deployment configuration, environment definitions, and infrastructure documentation.
• Digital credentials and access grants for provisioned cloud resources.
• Technical documentation and, where applicable, integration or performance audit reports.

Deliverables are transferred securely through our encrypted client portal over 256-bit SSL/TLS, with repository access granted directly to the Client’s nominated accounts on GitHub, GitLab, or the Client’s own cloud environment. Credentials are never sent by plain email; they are issued through the encrypted portal with time-limited access links.

All services—including our $3.99 Starter Cloud Check—are intangible digital deliverables. Technical audit reports are compiled and delivered electronically via email within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase. No physical goods or shipping are involved.

• Starter Cloud Check ($3.99) — findings summary emailed within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Cloud Audit & Setup Consultation ($299) — initial report within 24 to 48 business hours; full audit and setup within 3 to 5 business days.
• Managed Cloud Retainer ($799/month) — onboarding confirmation within 24 to 48 business hours; continuous coverage thereafter.
• Enterprise Custom Cloud Architecture ($1,499) — kickoff plan within 24 to 48 business hours; full build within 10 to 14 business days.

Timelines pause while we are awaiting Client-provided content, credentials, or milestone approvals, and resume immediately once received.

On completion, we send a written delivery notice listing every artifact provided, the repository and portal locations, and the deployment URLs. This notice is the official record of fulfillment for the engagement.

Defects reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery notice are corrected at no charge under our warranty terms. Enterprise Suite engagements include a 30-day deployment warranty covering infrastructure and deployment faults, with direct access to the assigned technical lead.
